Hello all,
I was a camper from 78'-81'. Thank you to all responsible for posting this site. It is an amazingly poignant thing to have the opportunity to revisit the North Woods with you all like this. The Camp Horseshoe lexicon is a quizzical a thing to those who were not campers during those magical summers in Wisconsin. The words inscribed in this site preserve a small piece of history that touched so many for ever so many years. It is wonderful to see that it is still alive and well in cyberspace. I have tried to bring back the delicate confection, bean-cake, but no one seems to understand. I am glad you all do.
