Deacon!
I saw your name on the message board, and I am very happy to hear from you.
Much has happened since my application to UT Law School. I worked in the family business for 6 years, then went to Vanderbilt to get my MBA. After graduation, I returned to the Boston area, where I have been ever since.
I have worked primarily in financial services marketing, most recently for Fidelity Investments for 7+ years. Along with 3000 of my fellow associates, I was laid off last year. In true corporate style, I was called back to work for Fidelity but as a consultant. It actually has been working out quite well - giving me more flexibility to attend to my family, specifically my 8 -yr old twin boys.
It is a shame that they never will be able to go to Camp Horseshoe but hopefully my stories keep the legacy going.
The Kuhns are spread out these days. Jack is in Ft.Lauderdale, Jeff is still in Nashville - as are Gus and Irwin. My sister, Carol, also lives in the Boston area (right in Boston). Bill is a RABBI in Philadelphia!
Laz and I have not connected, sadly, for over a year. I think he is still mad that the Red Sox beat the Indians in the baseball playoffs several years ago. Either that or he is under water with college tuition bills ( one at Princeton and the other at Duke). It's nothing comapred to what I will have to pay 10 years from now!
So, are you still in the Seattle area? I recall that you could not make it to the '88 reunion in Minong due to your involvement with the WPSS case.
Hope Barb, your kids and you are well. Would be great to see you sometime.
