I was at camp for five years, through ''78 or ''79. I'm grateful that you took the time to post these. Very grateful. Several of these have one or two lines in them that I could have recited from memory, but I have not thought of them for decades. One I read at my grandfather's funeral, when I was a teenager. They are hardwired in, hopefully in more ways than one. Reading these now, I can see and hear the lake and the fire and the color of the sky. I can see Merc, and Bill Engel.
